Let me have a minute to invite you to watch the newest game show of ABS-CBN, Minute to Win It, franchised from NBC. Kapamilya Network has been known as home of game shows so there’s no doubt that this TV program will get you hooked, not for a minute, but your entire 11-am to noon time starting January 14, 2013. In my five years of being involved in the production of game shows, this one literally holds my breath whenever the contestant plays each challenge.

I, myself tried some of the challenges. It seems easy at first when you will just look at it but when you are already timed by the pressure of a minute, it’s a different thing.

And yes! The stage is already set for each contestant who will take part in a series of 60-second challenges that use objects that are commonly available around the house. Through these simple yet challenging sets of games, you can win up to 1 Million Pesos. Hosted by the Philippine King of Game Shows (for me), Mr. Luis Manzano.

But the entertainment that it gives for you would not be possible without the sleepless effort and hard work of the people behind this show. From the utility up to the Business Unit Head, they are the ones who give their hearts to give you a quality television programming, definitely, not just for a minute.
