Mount Pinatubo, known as a “beautiful disaster,” is a stratovolcano in the Philippines that erupted in 1991.

I was very young then.

I spent my special day here to be gently reminded that in life, too, there is “beauty from ashes.”

No matter what challenges that life had thrown at me in the past year, now I have risen with resilience, a testament to how God is leading me to the right direction where I should be.

At the end of the day, the mountain is you.

The mountain is within me that I need to conquer every single day.
