Our short films “Incubo” and “Mr. Postman,” my projects from UP Film Institute are both finalists at the 3rd Singkuwento International Film Festival. These films and all other entries will be screened at NCCA Theater in Intramuros, Manila from Feb. 19-27, 2016.
