This is about the advocacy from the very beginning.
Through the collaborative efforts of our Communication students, FEU Communication Society, FEU Film Society, In Defense of Human Rights and Dignity Movement, and Cinemata, we successfully conducted the 6th edition of the Likhang Mulat: The FEU Film Movements Festival in commemoration of the 76th anniversary of the Human Rights Declaration.
Since its inception in 2019, Likhang Mulat has been a platform for artistic expression and advocacy, embodying FEU DepCom’s philosophy of “may alam, may pakialam” (socially informed and involved).
By collaborating with Cinemata, the festival amplifies the voices of young creators, reinforcing its role as a catalyst for critical discourse and societal transformation.
