1. Your vision should be bigger than you, your team, and your members combined. 
2. Your charm is because of your stories, experiences, and mistakes. Do not tone down.
3. It’s not your responsibility to make them comfortable, let them be uncomfortable. 
4. At the minimum, you need to become the easiest person to work with who delivers what they say they will. 
5. You can overcome the pull of conventional ways of thinking. 
6. The exponential leader celebrates individuality and encourages diversity. 
7. Don’t lose your life while trying to make a living. 
8. The exponential you will choose battles that matter. 
9. Our weakness is also an opportunity for our faith to be exercised. 
10. Your health is your greatest return of investment. 
11. Stop chasing the world’s approval. Walk in your unique purpose. 
12. When the world says you should do more, God says you are more than enough.
